A relevância deste estudo consiste em refletir sobre as atuais condições de implementação da Política de Assistência Social no âmbito escolar, em articulação com a Política Nacional de Educação, conforme preceitua o Projeto de Lei 3.466/2012 que dispõe sobre a instituição do Serviço Social nas Escolas Públicas, Entidades Filantrópicas, OSCIPs e Fundações, cuja atividade principal seja o provimento da educação. A pesquisa buscou fundamentar o sistema de educação no Brasil, contextualizando o capitalismo, sua influência no processo econômico, político, o acirramento da questão social e a necessidade de uma atuação multiprofissional que possibilite assim, repensar a inserção destes profissionais e suas contribuições no processo nas relações sociais no cotidiano escolar. Os conteúdos bibliográficos abordados possibilitaram a compreensão dos desafios e perspectivas da inserção do assistente social neste espaço sócio ocupacional, primando assim o contexto de uma atuação interdisciplinar em especial com psicólogos e educadores, que contribuem através do processo ensino aprendizagem para o direito a uma educação inclusiva referenciada constitucionalmente como dever do Estado e direito do cidadão. \r\n THE INTERCIPLINARY ACTION OF SOCIAL ASSISTANT, PSYCHOLOGIST AND EDUCATOR ON SCHOOL: Challenges and perspectives to an Inclusive EducationThis paper aims to promote the discussion about the Social Assistant’s insertion on education. The relevance of this is study consists on the reflection about the current conditions to the Social Assistance Politics implementation on education, in conjunction with Education National Politics, according to the Law Project number 3.466/2012 which is related to the Social Service institution on Public Schools, philanthropic institutions, OSCIPs and other institutions, whose main activities is the education provision. This research searched substantiate the Brazilian educational system, contextualizing the capitalism, its influence on the economy, politics, social intensification and the need of a multiprofessional action which enables rethink the this professionals insertion and their contributions on social relations on school routine. The bibliographic contents addressed make possible the comprehension of the challenges and perspectives of social assistant’s insertion on this social occupational context, excelling an interdisciplinary action, specially with psychologists and educators, who contributes through the process teaching-learning to an inclusive education right constitutionally referenced as a State duty and citizen’s right.
